AMIT NATIONAL CONVENTION The 2007 AMIT National Convention will comprise of two separate programs; a Daytime Program and a Cocktail Reception and Dinner Program. Ticket Options I would like tickets to only the Daytime Program ($175 per ticket). I would like tickets to only the Cocktail Reception and Dinner Program ($136 per ticket). I would like tickets to both the Daytime Program and the Cocktail Reception and Dinner Program ($250 per ticket). Sponsorship Levels President’s Sponsor - $5,000 Benefactor - $3,600 Guardian - $1,800 Patron- $1,000 Sponsor - $500 Please note that all sponsorships include 2 tickets to the Cocktail Reception and Dinner Program and the names of all sponsors will be listed in the program.
